Modular design
The whole production line is composed by multiple independent and linkable function modules, can freely combine according to the process need, and adjust the speed according to the whole system running demand, which greatly improved the working efficiency of the whole production line, which is composed by 6 function module of labeling, tubing, spraying & drying, cap wearing, vacuum & nest filling, heat shrinkable packing and so on.

The whole system just need three skilled operators and can reach the production capacity of
12000-18000 pcs/h. The whole production line barely with no manual operation, which reduced
human error and batch difference. Humanized design ensures the whole production line can be
independent and on-line operation, the whole process flow is fluent.
